Position your feet in a kickflip position. Next, the foot you flip with should be more closer then your popping foot, like about 2 inches closer. This will make it come out a lot faster. Then make sure you pop, then flip and as soon as it starts (but also kick forward as you do it and just imagine this is just a pop shuvit so just move yourself forward and catch the board). If you surely want to do this all the time just form it and don't catch it so you can see it flip and so you can know when to catch it.
