First learn just rolling backwards and swinging the front wheels around 180
so your rolling forwards. Its not very hard. Roll backwards at a slow pace with
your front foot up near the front of the board wit your heel hanging off so you
stay over it better. Wind up left (regular) or right (goofy) and pop the board,
unwind your torso backside and spin the rest in the air with your feet. This
trick is pretty easy and should be the first Ollie spin learned. Now move onto
rolling FS 180s!
