1. Go into kickflip position (look at the kickflip trick tips). 2. When you pop kickflip and kickflip only......in other words concentrate on the kickflip first and when you know its going to flip all the way then do a "frontside" body varial (frontside is easier) when you do it lean forward and you should land smack dab right on it. 3.Kneel down to balance if necessary.
