Next, the foot you flip with should be more closer then your popping foot, like about 2 inches closer. This will make it come out a lot faster. Then make sure you pop, then flip and as soon as it starts (but also kick forward as you do it and just imagine this is just a pop shuvit so just move yourself forward and catch the board).
