1. Put your front foot an inch from the bolts and your back foot with the sole of your foot on the tail (this position gives you a lot of control over your board). 2. Scoop your back foot forward, and you front foot backwards, lean back when you do this trick because if you don't your going to have a hard time trying to land it. 3. Land it with your back foot and get some balance as quickly as possible and put your front foot on and kneel down to balance if you feel like you are going to slip.
