1. Your front foot should be in the middle of the board, back foot is on the tail, make your back foot's sole of the foot on the edge of the tail. 2. When you pop, scoop you back foot behind you and shove your front foot in front, (remember, shove the back foot harder than the front). 3. When you are scooping the back foot the front foot should be in front now, and then land it with the front foot because it is closer so then jump forward if you have to, and when you land kneel down to keep your balance if you must.
